But I come to you now full of doubts. I don't know what to believe. Can you help me if you're out there? I know you want me to read the Bible, but I don't know where to begin and I probably wouldn't grasp most of it anyway. Can you help me understand? Can you help me recognize you in the Bible? I know there probably aren't any formal rules for what I should read or how often or for how long. So I'm going to ask you to be patient with me. If I'm not doing what you want, please remind me. I want to be like those who say they trust Jesus.

Your church is so divided. I don't know which one to attend. Sometimes I don't even want to go. Can you help me wherever I go from day to day? I'll try to keep an open mind to church. I know that's where your people assemble and worship you. I know I can learn about you at church if I find the right one. It doesn't have to be perfect; I just need a place that accepts me as I am. Trust Jesus with your pursuit.

The world has so many religions. It's hard to say which is right. After all this time, how much have human beings distorted your truths. Can you help me discover them? If you did indeed die on the cross for me (even before I existed), I want to thank you. I'm sorry for the things I do wrong or the things I fail to do. If I need a Savior, and you're that person, please help me learn what I need to do. Can you speak to me personally?
